The Session

Think of it like the conversation women have when they finally stop

pretending everything's fine — and actually say what's going on.

We're going to look at where you are right now. Not the version family life

needed you to be. The actual truth of how things are for you right now.

Then you'll work out what you actually want to do about it. Not what you

should. What you want.

Because there's something powerful about being

in a room with women who are asking exactly the

same questions you've been asking yourself.

The moment someone says "oh god, I feel that too…" the whole thing suddenly

makes a lot more sense.

You realise you're not unusual. You're not ungrateful. You're just ready for

something to be different.

That's why this is a live session rather than another recording.

HI, I'M DENISE

I spent a long time being extremely competent at doing things for everyone else - and mistaking that for a life.

I know this moment you're in. The kids growing up, the roles shifting, the strange feeling of having more time for yourself and not quite knowing what to do with it. The questions that surface and get pushed back down. The sneaking suspicion that something could be different — if you could just work out what that something is.

I work with women who are good at everything except putting themselves in the equation. Not because they're weak or confused or need fixing. But because they've spent so long being what everyone else needed that they've lost touch with what they actually want.

My work combines identity coaching, somatic practice, and nervous system work — which sounds very serious, and occasionally is. Mostly it's the honest conversation that should have happened years ago — and the body-based work that helps you actually do something about it.

This workshop is where that conversation starts.
